2. Please place your order 1 week to 2 weeks in advance upon your desired date of collection.
   
3. For large amount of orders, order must be placed 1 month in advance. The earlier, the better. :)
   
4. For the design of the cupcakes, you can browse for our designs in our previous blog posts (you can refer to the archieve or gallery for this...).
   
5. You can also customize it on your own and email it to us.
   
6. Please note that there will be additional charges charged upon difficult designs/logos. And the customization is subject to our approval.
7. 50% booking deposit required (to avoid any cancellation), and the balance can be paid on the day of your pick-up or delivery date.
   
8. No refund will be given if canceled within 2 days before pick up/delivery date.
9. Delivery service is available but only to limited area, and the charges will be informed via email.
